Meet Jenna Happe, a licensed therapist and registered yoga teacher (RYT) with a passion for helping individuals struggling with OCD and anxiety disorders.

Jenna is a Master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Denver and completed her yoga teacher training at the Yoga Pod in Boulder, Colorado. She has experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and she specializes in the treatment of anxiety and OCD.

Jenna takes a holistic approach to therapy, integrating the mind-body connection and mindfulness practices into her work with clients. She believes that yoga and meditation can be powerful tools in the treatment of mental health concerns and incorporates these practices into her sessions when appropriate.

Jenna uses evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. She provides a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable exploring their experiences.
