Ms. Walton began her career at Raytheon, a leading technology and defense company, where she held various HR positions. During her time at Raytheon, she gained extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Her exceptional leadership skills and dedication to her work led her to be promoted to the role of Senior HR Manager, where she oversaw HR operations for multiple business units. Ms. Walton has excelled in the HR field, serving as a Vice President of Human Resources at several other companies. In these roles, she was responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs to support organizational growth, improve employee engagement and retention, and drive business results.

Ms. Walton’s extensive experience and expertise make her highly qualified to serve as an interim Chief People Officer. She has a deep understanding of the HR function and a proven ability to lead and manage HR teams in complex organizations. In her free time Dee serves as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc, loves to travel, read and all things seafood.
