Partial Hospitalization/ Day Treatment Program
After an initial assessment, our multidisciplinary team led by specialists in OCD and anxiety care will work with you on developing an exposure hierarchy and goals to guide you in progressing through your therapy. Our primary goal is to help you learn strategies to reduce your symptoms and support you for the rest of your life.
Client often progress from day treatment to intensive outpatient treatment; however, placement in program is dependent entirely on the client’s current level of functioning, ability to engage in therapeutic work independently, and other treatment factors.
Our Day Treatment program runs from 9am-4pm, Monday through Thursday. Client’s receive a total of approximately 24 hours per week of cognitive-behavioral therapy. Approximately twenty hours per week is engaged in exposure-based treatment of anxiety/OCD with the assistance of multiple therapists and assigned independent work.
Therapy components consist of:
- Individual therapy
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
- Family education sessions
- Group therapy
In Day Treatment, we also offer occasional supplements to our normal group schedule which may include trauma/anxiety informed yoga sessions.
