Director of Operations

John Wesenberg, BCBA/ LBA is nationally recognized behavior analyst and licensed in the state of Texas. He has worked in clinics and community settings teaching vocational and supportive services to adults, home and school settings using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with ASD. John has provided behavior parent training and has extensive experience in individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans. He has extensive training, experience and is currently providing Clinical Behavior Analysis (CBA) to ‘pathology’ disorders including anxiety related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and depression.

He specializes in providing evidence-based treatments and trainings in parent/ family management, professional support via Behavior Skills Training (BST) model, exposure and response prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Clinical Behavior Analysis (CBA), and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). He believes in a collaborative approach through multi-disciplinary teams and involving significant others for best therapeutic outcomes.
