Welcome to Better Living Center for Behavioral Health’s Group Therapy Program – where healing happens through evidence-based approaches tailored for teens and adults. Our daily group sessions are designed to foster growth, resilience, and improved well-being using proven methods: Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and Interpersonal Behavior Therapy.

What Sets Our Group Therapy Apart?

Evidence-Based Approaches: Our group therapy sessions are rooted in evidence-based practices. ACT, a mindfulness-based approach, helps individuals accept their thoughts and feelings while committing to actions aligned with their values. DBT equips participants with essential coping skills, emotional regulation techniques, and tools to manage challenging situations. Interpersonal Behavior Therapy enhances interpersonal relationships, communication skills, and overall social functioning.

Tailored for Teens and Adults (Separate Groups Held for Teens and Adults)

We understand the unique challenges faced by both teens and adults. Our group therapy sessions are customized to address the specific needs of each age group. Teens benefit from a supportive environment where they can navigate adolescence with confidence, while adults find solace in a community that understands the complexities of adult life.

Daily Support and Community

Consistency is key to progress. That’s why we offer daily group sessions, providing continuous support and encouragement. Engaging with a community of individuals facing similar challenges can be incredibly empowering. Our groups offer a safe space to share experiences, learn from one another, and build meaningful connections.

Expert Facilitators

Our group therapy sessions are led by experienced and compassionate facilitators who specialize in ACT, DBT, and Interpersonal Behavior Therapy. They create a nurturing atmosphere where participants feel heard, valued, and supported on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being.

Your Path to Empowerment Begins Here
